      Can my return request be declined?

      Yes, in case:

  1. It's been more than 14 days since you received the item; but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  2. The product has been used or is of person care such as cream, underwear, food, and medical care etc.
  3. The return package cannot be tracked.

      How will I get my refund?

      Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depends on product value).

      When we receive your requests by API or excel file (Google sheet):

  2. Our warehouse operation will automatically receive the order(s) and process your order(s), and can follow your requirement of packing such as single/bundle/set package in a secure and professional way. Once the packing is ready, the parcels will be transferred to the logistic warehouses.
  3. When the logistic warehouses receives the packed parcels, shipment for them will be arranged by air or by sea.
  4. We support shipment to any Amazon worldwide warehouses (FBA) and can follow any processes or demands needed.
